    • 摘要: 通过浮选试验、Zeta电位测试、DLVO理论计算等方法研究了六偏磷酸钠对蛇纹石浮选行为及表面性质的影响。浮选试验结果表明,蛇纹石可浮性较差,六偏磷酸钠可很好地抑制蛇纹石上浮。机理分析表明,六偏磷酸钠通过与蛇纹石表面Mg2 作用吸附于蛇纹石表面,并使其更加亲水,从而达到抑制效果。DLVO理论计算结果表明,六偏磷酸钠可改变蛇纹石微粒的分散状态。

       

      Abstract: The effect of sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) on serpentine flotation behavior and surface property were studied by flotation tests, zeta potential tests and DLVO theory. The flotation tests results showed that floatability of serpentine was poor and sodium hexametaphosphate had a good inhibition effect on serpentine. It was analysed that sodium hexametaphosphate can react with Mg2 and adsorbed on the surface of serpentine, which leaded to inhibition of serpentine. Can be seen from results of DLVO theory, aggregation and dispersion of serpentine particles can be changed by sodium hexametaphosphate.
