    Research status of microwave heating in drying

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了微波加热干燥的原理和主要特点,对目前微波干燥技术在矿冶、材料和化工领域的应用进行了综述,并对微波工业应用实践进行了总结。文献结果表明:微波加热由于其独特的选择性介电加热,被广泛应用于矿石预处理、矿物脱水、材料制备、煤炭干燥等工业生产;与传统法相比,微波干燥具有选择性加热、脱水效率高、能耗低以及改善物料性能等优势。

       

      Abstract: This paper describes the principle and main characteristics of microwave heating drying, and a detailed description of the application of microwave heating in drying process. And the study of the industrial application are summarized: Microwave heating are widely used in mineral ore pretreatment, dehydration, dry material preparation, coal and other industrial production because of its unique selectively dielectric heating; Compared with the traditional method, microwave drying has the advantage of high efficiency, energy saving and improving of material properties.
