    Experimental study on comprehensive recovery of the stone processing waste in Guangdong province

    • 摘要: 对广东某地石材加工废料开展了物料性质研究,查明了废料的主要矿物组成及粒度特性,进而对废料中的长石和石英有价矿物进行了综合回收的选矿试验。结果表明,在碱性条件下采用新型两性捕收剂YOA对废料中的含铁云母类杂质进行浮选脱除,可使废料中的铁含量由1.46%降低至0.78%,白度值由40.10提高至51.40,分选效果良好;对浮选除杂后的精矿产品在1.5T磁场强度下进行磁选脱铁,铁含量进一步降低至0.38%(折算为0.54%),白度值进一步提高至53.70,使长石 石英混合精矿质量达到陶瓷原料要求,可见采用浮选 磁选的联合方案可实现广东某石材加工废料的综合回收。

       

      Abstract: By the research on the properties of stone processing waste in Guangdong Province, the main mineral composition and particle size characteristics of the stone processing waste were identified, and then the comprehensive recovery experimental study on valuable mineral of feldspar and quartz was carried out. The results show that new amphoteric collector named YOA has a good separation efficiency to remove iron mica impurities in alkaline medium, iron content in the waste was reduced from 1.46% to 0.78%, and whiteness value was improved from 40.10 to 51.40.By using magnetic separation underS1.5T magnetic strength, iron impurities in the concentrate products of flotation can be further removed, and iron content was further reduced to 0.38%( is 0.54%), whiteness was also further improved to 53.70, the quality of feldspar and quartz mixed concentrate meet the requirement of ceramic production, so the combination of flotation and magnetic separation can finish the comprehensive recovery of a stone processing waste in Guangdong province.
