    • 摘要: 云南某大型锡矿山重选厂存在着细粒尾矿中锡石流失严重的问题。细粒尾矿行筛析和矿物组成分析表明,该矿中细粒尾矿中的锡石矿物属于难以回收的组分。对比研究了几种常见的高效细粒锡石重选设备对该部位尾矿中锡石的回收效果,采用Falcon离心机对该部分锡石回收效果最优,并通过参数调节,确定了Falcon离心机处理该细粒尾矿的最优条件。工业应用结果表明:大型Falcon离心机可有效回收细粒尾矿中的锡石,为企业新增了经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The large loss of tin in fine tailings in a large tin mining is a serious problem. By sieve analysis tests and mineral composition analysis of the fine tailings, the results showed that the cassiterite minerals in fine tailings aredifficult torecycle. Compared with the recycled indexes of differentgravity separation equipments, Falcon centrifugal separator is the most effective facility for the fine tailings. Through a serious of parameter adjustments, the research determined the optimumconditions for Falcon Centrifugal separator sorting the fine tailings. Industry application shows that large Falcon centrifuge can recover cassiterite from fine tailings effectively, which adds economic benefit for the enterprise.
