    黑龙江省某钼矿石选矿试验研究

    Research on mineral processing of a molybdenum ore in Heilongjiang Province

    • 摘要: 黑龙江省某钼矿原矿Mo品位0.062%,试验分别进行了磨矿细度、浮选药剂用量、浮选时间等条件试验研究,并在此基础上进行了两种闭路流程试验对比研究,最终确定较为合理的试验流程,并获得Mo品位为49.23%,回收率为87.98%的精矿产品,选矿效果较好。本研究为该矿区地质评价及矿产资源开发利用提供了有利依据。

       

      Abstract: The raw ore Mo grade of the Molybdenum ore in Heilongjiang Province was 0.062%. Experiments were conducted to test the effect of the fineness of grinding,the dosage of flotation reagent, the time of flotation. According to those results,we conducted two kinds of closed circuit process experiments,and determined the reasonable experiments procedure.in the end,the grade of molybdenum in the concentrate was 49.23%, the recovery rate of molybdenum in the concentrate was 87.98%. This research provided a favorable basis for the geological evaluation and mineral resources development and utilization in this area.
