    云南某低品位硫氧混合型铜矿浮选试验研究

    Experimental study on flotation of a low-grade sulfide-oxide mixed copper ore in Yunnan province

    • 摘要: 云南某铜矿,铜品位仅0.47%,氧化率为23.02%;矿物组成虽简单,但对浮选有害的碱性脉石矿物含量较高;总体来看,该矿属低品位难选硫氧混合型铜矿。针对该矿的性质特点,对其进行了浮选试验研究,结果表明:在丁黄药 丁铵黑药(2:1)组合作为捕收剂、其用量150g/t,磨矿细度85%-200目,活化剂硫化钠用量500 g/t的条件下,采用“一粗-一扫-三精”浮选工艺,可获得较好的技术指标,最终铜精矿品位和回收率高达17.56%和90.80%,为低品位难选硫氧混合型铜矿资源的开发利用提供了有力的参考依据。

       

      Abstract: A certain copper ore in Yunnan Province with the grade of only 0.47% Cu and oxidation degree of 23.02%, in which the content of harmful alkaline gangue mineral on flotation is high while the mineral composition is simple, belonging to refractory mixed sulfide-oxide copper ore with low grade. Conditional experiments on flotation of such ore were conducted aiming at the characteristics of it. The results show that: under the combination of butyl xanthate and ammonium butyl aerofloat (2:1) as collectors in dosage of 150 g/t, the grinding fineness of 80% -200mesh and sodium sulfide(Na2S) as activator in dosage of 500 g/t, copper concentrate with grade of 22.79% Cu and recovery rate of 86.04% were obtained by adopting the closed-circuit process of “one roughing -one scavenging - three cleaning”, providing a powerful reference for the development and utilization of a low-grade refractory sulfide-oxide mixed copper resources.
