    Stage-grinding and separation process optimization of Sishanling iron ore in Liaoning

    • 摘要: 对辽宁思山岭赤铁矿石采用阶段磨矿—磁选—混磁精矿反浮选工艺流程进行了条件试验研究,对选别过程的磨矿细度、磁场强度、药剂制度等工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,TFe品位28.74%的原矿经磨矿后通过磁选抛尾处理可获得TFe品位37.97%的混磁精矿,混磁精矿再磨后经一粗一精三扫、中矿返回流程的反浮选工艺处理后,最终可获得TFe品位66.50%,铁总回收率87.67%精矿产品。

       

      Abstract: Ore dressing processes consisting of stage grinding-stage high gradient high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation were applied for a high-silica low-grade hematite ore discovered recently in Liaoning. In this study, the effect of magnetic separation and reverse flotation on the optimization of products obtained from the ore was investigated. And the result shows a significant upgrade of TFe, Iron concentrations greater than 66.50%, and the recovery over 87.67%. Ideal technical indicators are achieved, and the iron ore resources will be effective used in future.
