    The dressing process of copper from low-grade complex refractory copper lead zinc ore

    • 摘要: 四川会理铅锌矿有半个多世纪的开采历史,矿产资源丰富,但是矿石结构复杂,有用矿物共生现象严重,属于铜铅锌难分离矿石。由于矿石性质变化,在铜原矿品位0.5%,铜精矿主品位17.61%,铅锌杂质24.21%,铜回收率40.26%的情况下,我们在现有的流程基础上,通过调整药剂用量和添加硫化钠,与技改之前相比铜精矿铜品位提高了2.65个百分点,铅锌杂质含量降低了12.4个百分点,铜回收率提高了35.02个百分点。

       

      Abstract: Sichuan has more than half a century of mining history。Their mineral resources are rich but the ore structure is complex. The phenomenon of mineral symbiosis is serious. The ore belongs refractory ore. Due to the change in the ore properties, in copper ore grade is 0.5%, copper concentrate copper grade 17.61%, lead and zinc impurities 24.21%, 40.26% copper recovery, we on the basis of the existing process, through the adjustment of reagent dosage and adding sodium sulfide, technical innovation, and compared to the previous main copper concentrate grade increased 2.65 percent, lead and zinc impurities reduces the 12.4 percentage points, copper recovery rate 35.02 percent higher.
