新型捕收剂EM507对低品位重晶石的浮选实验

    • 摘要: 以贵州某低品位重晶石为研究对象,原矿BaSO4含量42.93%,ZnS含量1.39%。通过“一粗一扫”预脱锌后,以脱锌尾矿为原料,采用自主研制的高效捕收剂EM507,通过“一粗一扫四精浮选闭路试验可获得BaSO4含量91.05%、Zn含量0.036%、BaSO4回收率96.69%的重晶石精矿,精矿真比重为4.41,白度为55.49%,可达到化工用重晶石一等品的标准。该研究成果有望实现贵州某低品位重晶石的经济、高效利用。

       

      Abstract: In this article, the low-grade barite in Guizhou was taken as the research object, with 42.93% BaSO4 and 1.39% ZnS in the original ore. After pre-dezincification through “one roughing and one scavenging”, the dezincification tailings were used as raw materials, and the self-developed high-efficiency collector EM507 and “one roughing, one scavenging and four cleaning” flotation process were adopted, the closed-circuit test could be obtained BaSO4 of 91.05%, Zn of 0.036%, BaSO4 recovery of 96.69% of the barite concentrates. The true specific gravity of the concentrate was 4.41 and the whiteness was 55.49%, which could reach the standard of first grade barite for chemical industry. The research results were expected to make economic and efficient use of the zinc-containing low-grade barite in Guizhou.
