山东某高硫金矿选冶回收实验

    Metallurgical Recovery of a High Sulfur Gold Mine in Shandong Province

    • 摘要: 【目的】为实现高硫金矿资源中金的高效回收,【方法】对山东某高硫金矿开展工艺矿物学分析,然后进行浮选、氰化浸出实验研究。【结果】Au和S品位分别为3.31 g/t、11.52%,其他有价元素含量较低,金主要以银金矿的形式存在,大部分黄铁矿与金矿物紧密共生。当磨矿细度-0.074 mm 65%,以丁基黄药和丁铵黑药为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂时,较佳浮选条件下闭路实验可获得金品位为41.53 g/t、金回收率为94.23%的浮选精矿。对精矿进行浸出实验,金浸出率达到94.22%,氰渣金品位仅为2.40 g/t。【结论】实验结果取得了良好的选冶技术指标。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo achieve efficient recovery of gold from high sulfur gold resources, Methodprocess mineralogical analysis was conducted on a high sulfur gold mine in Shandong, followed by flotation and cyanide leaching experiments. Result Grades of Au and S were 3.31 g/t and 11.52%, respectively. The content of other valuable elements was relatively low, and gold mainly existed in the form of the silver gold ore. When the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 65%, butyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate were used as collectors, and 2# oil was used as foaming agent. The optimal flotation conditions for closed-circuit test resulted in a flotation concentrate with a gold grade of 41.53 g/t and a gold recovery rate of 94.23%. The leaching test was conducted on the concentrate, with a gold leaching rate of 94.22% and a cyanide residue gold grade of only 2.40 g/t. ConclusionThe test research achieved good metallurgical technology indicators.
