油酸钠组合捕收剂对铁矿石反浮选脱硅的影响

    Effect of Sodium Oleate Combined Collectors on Desilication of Iron Ores by Reverse Flotation

    • 摘要: 【目的】为弥补油酸钠等阴离子捕收剂在铁矿石反浮选时存在的缺陷,【方法】本文探索了三种不同烃链长度非极性油协同捕收剂与传统阴离子捕收剂油酸钠组合复配使用,以石英及赤铁矿纯矿物为研究对象,进行油酸钠、油酸钠+柴油、油酸钠+油酸乙酯、油酸钠+三油酸甘油酯三种组合药剂的纯矿物对比实验。同时采用红外光谱分析研究了油酸钠+三油酸甘油酯在石英表面的作用机制。【结果】配比实验结果表明,油酸钠+三油酸甘油酯组合捕收剂的浮选效果在4∶1配比时较佳。人工混合矿实验结果表明,油酸钠+三油酸甘油酯组合捕收剂在pH值11.5、捕收剂用量120 mg/L、抑制剂用量250 mg/L、活化剂用量40 mg/L的实验较佳条件下获得精矿品位为64.13%、回收率为91.50%的优良指标,且药剂用量减少52.00%。【结论】红外光谱研究结果表明,三油酸甘油酯可以促进油酸钠在石英表面的吸附作用进而提高赤铁矿反浮选的效果。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo make up for the deficiencies of anionic collectors such as sodium oleate in the reverse flotation of iron ores, Methodin this article, the combination of three non-polar oil co-collectors with different hydrocarbon chain lengths and the traditional anion collector sodium oleate was explored, and the pure mineral comparison test of sodium oleate, sodium oleate + diesel, sodium oleate + ethyl oleate, sodium oleate + trioleic glyceryl ester was carried out using quartz and hematite pure minerals as the research object. At the same time, the infrared spectroscopy was used to study the mechanism of action of sodium oleate + trioleic glycerol on the quartz surface. The proportioning experimental results showed that the flotation effect of sodium oleate + trioleic glyceride combined collector was relatively good at 4:1. ResultThe results of the artificial mixed ore test showed that the combination of sodium oleate + trioleate glyceride was able to obtain excellent indicators of concentrate grade of 64.13% and recovery rate of 91.50% at the optimal conditions of pH value 11.5, collector dosage of 120 mg/L, inhibitor dosage of 250 mg/L and activator dosage of 40 mg/L, and the dosage of pharmaceutical dosage was reduced by 52.00%. Conclusion The results of the infrared spectroscopy showed that triolein could promote the adsorption of sodium oleate on the surface of quartz, thereby improving the effect of hematite anti-flotation.
