    Flotation and Magnetic Separation of High-oxidation Rate Copper-cobalt Mixed Ores of SICOMINES in DR Congo

    • 摘要: 【目的】本文以刚果(金)SICOMINES低品位高氧化率铜钴矿为研究对象,针对铜钴氧化率高、品位低、但矿体体量大、具有较高的开采利用价值这一现状,为高效开发利用该矿石资源,进行系统的浮选和磁选实验研究。【方法】确定采用“先浮硫化矿-硫化浮选氧化矿-磁选”的浮磁联合工艺,并通过条件实验制定了适宜的浮选药剂制度和磁选方案。【结果】①原矿在磨矿细度为-0. 074 mm 72.5%时,经两段硫化矿浮选可获得Cu品位2.29%、回收率4.78%,Co品位0.145%、回收率4.97%的硫化铜钴粗精矿。②硫化浮选尾矿经七段氧化矿浮选可获得Cu品位9.93%、回收率78.49%,Co品位0.271%、回收率35.14%的氧化铜钴粗精矿。③氧化矿浮选尾矿经两段磁选可获得Cu品位1.28%、回收率6.37%,Co品位0.310%、回收率25.26%的磁选铜钴粗精矿。【结论】最终浮磁联合工艺获得铜、钴总回收率分别为89.64%和65.37%,较好地实现了低品位高氧化率铜钴矿中有价金属的综合回收。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveIt takes the low-grade high-oxidation copper-cobalt ore of SICOMINES in Congo as the research object. Facing the status quo in which the copper-cobalt ore had a high oxidation rate and a low grade, but a large volume of ore body, with high value of mining and utilization, in order to efficiently develop and utilize the ore resources, flotation and magnetic separation tests were systematically carried out. MethodThe combined process of ‘flotation of sulfide ore - sulfidizing flotation of oxide ore - magnetic separation’ was adopted, and a suitable flotation chemical system and a magnetic separation plan were developed through condition tests. Result ①Copper-cobalt sulfide crude concentrate with Cu grade of 2.29% and recovery rate of 4.78%, Co grade of 0.145% and recovery rate of 4.97% can be obtained through two phases of sulfidizing flotation from raw ores when the fineness of grinding at -0.074 mm 72.5%. ②Copper-cobalt oxide crude concentrate with Cu grade of 9.93% with 78.49% recovery, Co grade of 0.271% with 35.14% recovery of can be obtained from sulfidizing flotation tailings through seven phases of oxide ore flotation. ③Copper-cobalt crude concentrate with Cu grade of 1.28% and recovery rate of 6.37%, Co grade of 0.310% and recovery rate of 25.26% can be obtained from oxide ore flotation tailings through two phases of magnetic separation. The final total recovery rate of copper and cobalt obtained through the combined flotation and magnetic separation process was 89.64% and 65.37%, respectively. ConclusionThis realizes the comprehensive recovery of valuable metals in low-grade high-oxidation copper-cobalt ores.
