粒化高炉矿渣细骨料混凝土性能与资源化研究评述

    Research Review on Properties and Resource Utilization of Granulated Blast Furnace Slag Fine Aggregate Concrete

    • 摘要: 粒化高炉矿渣是高炉冶炼生铁过程中所产生的固体副产物,粒化高炉矿渣的化学成分类似于普通硅酸盐水泥,物理性质类似于天然砂,可作为建筑材料使用。【目的】将粒化高炉矿渣用作骨料,能为建筑与土木工程行业的新兴材料革新做出贡献,同时可以节约能源,还可以解决一定的环境污染等问题。【方法】国内外学者对粒化高炉矿渣细骨料混凝土的力学性能与工程应用等方面进行了很多理论和实验研究,在改善粒化高炉矿渣细骨料混凝土性能、工程实际应用及生产技术革新等方面取得重大进展,构建了较为完整的研究体系。【结果】基于不同工厂粒化高炉矿渣物理化学性质的差异性,分析了粒化高炉矿渣细骨料混凝土的力学性能与耐久性能,分析了粒化高炉矿渣细骨料混凝土构件的力学性能,以及其在土木工程领域应用的可行性和目前研究局限性,【结论】展望了粒化高炉矿渣在土木工程领域的资源化应用前景,为粒化高炉矿渣大宗化再生利用进一步研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The granulated blast furnace slag is a solid by-product produced in the process of blast furnace smelting pig iron. The chemical composition of the granulated blast furnace slag is similar to ordinary Portland cement, and its physical properties are similar to natural sand, which can be used as building materials. ObjectiveThe use of granulated blast furnace slag as aggregate can start the innovation of emerging materials in the construction and civil engineering industry. At the same time, it can save energy and reduce certain environmental pollution. Method Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of theoretical and experimental research on the mechanical properties and engineering application of granulated blast furnace slag concrete. They have made great progress in improving the performance of granulated blast furnace slag concrete, engineering practical application and production technology innovation, and have constructed a relatively complete research system. Result Based on the differences in the physical and chemical properties of granulated blast furnace slag in different regions, the mechanical properties and durability of concrete prepared by granulated blast furnace slag were analyzed. The mechanical properties of reinforced concrete members of granulated blast furnace slag were analyzed, as well as the feasibility and current research limitations of its application in the field of civil engineering. Conclusion The prospect of resource application of granulated blast furnace slag in the field of civil engineering is prospected, which provides a reference for further research on the mass recycling of granulated blast furnace slag.
