铁尾矿制备混凝土的应用现状

    Application Status of Iron Tailings in Concrete Preparation

    • 摘要: 【目的】为解决大量铁尾矿占用土地、造成环境污染等问题,实现铁尾矿的高效综合利用,本文以铁尾矿为研究对象,阐述了其在混凝土中的利用途径。【方法】介绍了铁尾矿目前的排放形势,分析了铁尾矿矿物表面形貌、粒度组成和化学组成等性质对制备混凝土的影响。【结果】总结了铁尾矿在混凝土中应用的两个主要途径,分别为铁尾矿在胶凝材料中的应用和铁尾矿在骨料中的应用,归纳了铁尾矿混凝土在实际应用中的优缺点。讨论了作为胶凝材料的活性要求和作为骨料中的级配要求,表明铁尾矿混凝土的性能强度主要来自细颗粒之间的微集料效应以及与水泥发生二次水化反应生成的水化产物。【结论】提出了铁尾矿混凝土目前研究存在的问题以及未来研究的方向。

       

      Abstract: Objective To address the issues of large-scale iron tailings occupying land and causing environmental pollution, and to achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of iron tailings, taking iron tailings as the research object, the utilization pathways of iron tailings in concrete were elaborated. MethodAt present, the stock of iron tailings piles is becoming increasingly serious, and comprehensive utilization is urgent. The preparation of concrete from iron tailings is one of the main ways to utilize iron tailings. This article introduces the current discharge situation of iron tailings and analyzes the requirements of the surface topography, particle size composition, and chemical composition of iron tailings for the preparation of concrete. Result The two main ways of applying iron tailings in concrete, namely the application of iron tailings in cementitious materials and the application of iron tailings in aggregates, and the advantages and disadvantages of iron tailings concrete in practical applications were summarized. The activity requirements as a cementitious material and the grading requirements as aggregates were discussed, indicating that the performance strength of iron tailings concrete mainly comes from the micro aggregate effect between fine particles and the hydration products generated by secondary hydration reaction with cement. ConclusionFinally, the current research problems and future research directions of iron tailings concrete were proposed.
