磷石膏-水泥复合矸石膏体的综合性能与应用效果

    Comprehensive Properties and Application of Phosphogypsum Cement Composite Gangue

    • 摘要: 【目的】为提高矸石膏体在充填采矿中的适用性,制备磷石膏-水泥复合矸石膏体,【方法】开展实验分析了磷石膏与矸石掺量对料浆流动性、干燥收缩率、力学性能与抗渗透性等综合性能指标的影响规律,采用矿物成分与微观图像结果探讨了水化机理,同时评价了该材料在煤矿工程中的应用效果。【结果】磷石膏的掺入提高了料浆的坍落度,并减小了泌水率,干燥收缩指标也得到了大幅降低;当掺量为15%时,磷石膏-水泥复合矸石的抗压、抗折强度和抗渗透性指标均达到最优;利用磷石膏的化学活性能够促进水泥的二次水化作用,同时增加了料浆致密程度,使得矸石膏体各项指标得以提升。【结论】利用磷石膏-水泥复合矸石膏体进行充填采矿,不仅实现了矿山固废与磷石膏的综合利用,且带来了显著的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveIn order to improve the applicability of gangue in filling mining, phosphogypsum and cement composite gangue was prepared. MethodTests were conducted to analyze the effects of the content of phosphogypsum and gangue on the comprehensive performance indexes such as slurry fluidity, dry shrinkage rate, mechanical properties and permeability, etc.. The hydration mechanism was discussed using mineral composition and microscopic image results. The application effect of the material in coal mine engineering is also evaluated. ResultThe addition of phosphogypsum increased the slump of slurry, decreased the bleeding rate, and decreased the drying shrinkage index. When the dosage is 15%, the compressive strength, flexural strength and permeability indexes of phosphogypsum cement compound gangue are the best. The chemical activity of phosphogypsum can promote the secondary hydration of cement, increase the density of slurry, and improve the indexes of gangue. ConclusionIn practical application, filling mining with phosphogypsum cement composite gangue can not only realize comprehensive utilization of solid waste and phosphogypsum in coal mining, but also bring remarkable economic benefits.
