胺-醇复配捕收剂对铁矿反浮选脱硅的影响

    Effect of Amine-alcohol Complex Trapping Agent on Desilication of Iron Ores by Reverse Flotation

    • 摘要: 【目的】为克服胺类捕收剂的缺陷,实现铁矿石中铁与硅的高效分离,本文开发了一种用于微细混合铁矿浮选的胺-醇复配捕收剂。【方法】以石英和赤铁矿纯矿物为研究对象,进行了季胺(JJA),季胺+异辛醇(CJJA)的浮选对比实验。【结果】单矿物实验结果表明,CJJA在铁矿浮选中获得较好的指标,其胺醇的较佳配比为3∶1。实际矿物单因素实验结果与单矿物浮选实验结果基本一致,实际矿物浮选开路实验结果表明,CJJA 作捕收剂时,在较佳pH值6~7,捕收剂用量135 g/t,抑制剂用量800 g/t的条件下获得铁精矿品位为66.58%,铁精矿回收率为80.84%的优良指标。【结论】红外光谱分析结果显示CJJA对石英表面具有更强的亲和力,可能是醇和胺分子之间形成了共吸附和氢键作用,更易于石英与铁矿的浮选分离。

       

      Abstract: Objective To overcome the shortcomings of amine collectors and achieve efficient separation of iron and silicon in iron ores, this article develops an amine-alcohol compound collector for the flotation of fine mixed iron ores. Method Comparative flotation tests of quaternary amine (JJA), quaternary amine + isooctanol (CJJA) were carried out with quartz and mixed magneto-hematite pure minerals. Result The single mineral flotation tests showed that CJJA gave good results in iron ore flotation with an optimum amine to alcohol ratio of 3∶1. The results of the actual mineral single-factor experiment are basically consistent with those of the single-mineral flotation experiment. The results of the actual mineral flotation open-circuit experiment show that when CJJA is used as the collector, at the conditions of an optimal pH value of 6 to 7, a collector dosage of 135 g/t, and an inhibitor dosage of 800 g/t, the grade of iron concentrate obtained is 66.58%. The recovery rate of iron concentrate is an excellent indicator of 80.84%. Conclusion The infrared spectral analysis showed that CJJA had a stronger affinity for the surface of quartz, probably due to the formation of co-adsorption and hydrogen bonding between alcohol and amine molecules, which made it easier to separate quartz from iron ores by flotation.
