湿法磷酸-磷石膏浮选净化联合新工艺

    Wet Phosphoric Acid-phosphogypsum Flotation Purification Combined New Process

    • 摘要: 【目的】为改进湿法磷酸生产工艺,缩短磷石膏净化流程,达到磷石膏综合利用,进行了湿法磷酸与磷石膏浮选净化联合工艺的研究。【方法】通过硫酸与磷矿反应,研究磷矿的浸出行为,将磷酸石膏浆采用反浮选工艺开展石膏磷酸浆分离除杂研究。【结果】磷矿粒度小于178 µm、搅拌速度为350 r/min、反应温度为75 ℃、25%硫酸、反应时间为4 h时,磷矿分解率达到96.12%,采用收缩未反应芯模型,确定固膜扩散为最终速率控制步骤;在激活剂用量0.18 kg/t,激活时间为10 min,自制的醚基捕收剂用量0.36 kg/t,矿浆温度为60 ℃条件下进行反浮选实验。【结论】浮选获得石膏的白度达到65.7%,纯度达到96.2%,水溶性P2O5和水溶性F-的含量均符合 GB/T 23456-2018一级石膏指标要求且磷酸品质符合HG/T 4068-2008。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveIn order to improve the production process of wet-process phosphoric acid, shorten the purification process of phosphogypsum, and achieve the harmless treatment of phosphogypsum, the combined purification process of wet-process phosphoric acid and phosphogypsum by flotation was studied. MethodBy the reaction of sulfuric acid and phosphate ore, the leaching behavior of phosphate rock was studied, and the phosphogypsum slurry was studied by reverse flotation process to improve the quality and reduce impurity. ResultWhen the particle size of phosphate ore is less than 178 µm, the stirring speed is 350 r/min, the reaction temperature is 75 ℃, the sulfuric acid concentration is 25%, and the reaction time is 4 h, the decomposition rate of phosphate ore reaches 96.12%.The shrinkage unreacted core model is used to determine the solid film diffusion as the final rate control step. At the conditions of activator dosage 0.18 kg/t, activation time 10 min, self-made complex ether collector dosage 0.36 kg/t and pulp temperature 60 ℃, the flotation concentrate whiteness reaches 65.7% and the purity reaches 96.2%. ConclusionThe contents of water-soluble P2O5 and water-soluble F- meet the requirements of GB/T 23456-2018 first-grade gypsum indexand the quality of phosphoric acid meets HG/T 4068-2008 standard.
