Abstract:
In order to better recover valuable metals and improve mine economic benefits, a small-scale experimental study and industrial application of talc-type high-oxide molybdenum ore were carried out in a molybdenum concentrator in Luanchuan. The amount of water glass used is nearly 20 kg/t of the raw ore. The cost of water treatment is high and the return water is relatively turbid. Talc is easy to adsorb and cover the surface of molybdenite, which affects the floating of fine-grained molybdenite, resulting in low metal recovery and poor concentrate quality. Poor, poor process stability. Through the research and development of new drugs and new processes, a CD series inhibitor drug system of "directed research and development, combined drug use, and synergistic promotion" has been formed, and the floating rate of molybdenum has been significantly increased. In industrial commissioning, compared with the original production index, the concentrate grade increased by 12 percentage points, the recovery rate increased by 17 percentage points, the chemical cost decreased by 10.77 yuan/t of the raw ore, and the amount of sodium silicate was greatly reduced, which made the dressing plant turn from loss to profit. The local ore of the same type provides certain guiding significance.
