钠化提钒尾渣协同酸浸提钒

    Synergic Acid Leaching of Vanadium from Sodium Vanadium Extraction Tailings

    • 摘要: 钠化提钒尾渣中V2O5含量远高于钒钛磁铁矿精矿,具有很高的利用价值。本文针对钠化提钒尾渣提出了一种协同酸浸提钒的方法,实现了提钒尾渣的二次提钒。以硫酸为浸出剂,以CaF2和MnO2为助浸剂,研究了硫酸浓度、提钒尾渣粒度、液固比、助浸剂种类及添加量对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,在CaF2-硫酸浸出体系中,CaF2有利于打开提钒尾渣结构,CaF2添加量为7%,硫酸浓度为450 g/L,浸出温度为95 ℃,浸出时间为2 h,钒浸出率为85.43%;在MnO2-硫酸浸出体系中,MnO2可以氧化溶解钒,MnO2添加量为10%,硫酸浓度为450 g/L,浸出温度为95 ℃,浸出时间为2 h,钒浸出率可达到78.35%;在CaF2-MnO2-硫酸浸出体系中,CaF2和MnO2可以产生协同提钒效果,CaF2添加量为7%,MnO2添加量为10%时,硫酸浓度为300 g/L,浸出温度为95 ℃,浸出时间为2 h,钒浸出率可达到86.45%。在单一硫酸浸出体系和协同浸出体系中,浸取钒可以同时实现提钒尾渣脱钠,钠的脱除率可达到90%。

       

      Abstract: The content of V2O5 in sodium vanadium extraction tailings is much higher than that in vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate and it has high utilization value. In this paper, a synergistic acid leaching method for vanadium extraction from sodium vanadium extraction tailings was proposed, which can realize secondary vanadium extraction from vanadium extraction tailings. Taking sulfuric acid as the leaching agent, CaF2 and MnO2 as the leaching aid agent, this paper researches the sulfuric acid concentration, particle size of vanadium extraction tailings, the liquid-solid ratio, types of the leaching aid agent and impats of additive amount on vanadium leaching rate. The results show that in CaF2-sulfuric acid leaching system, CaF2 is beneficial to open the structure of vanadium extraction tailings, the vanadium leaching rate can reach 85.43% at the conditions that the CaF2 additive amount is 7%, the sulfuric acid concentration is 450 g/L, the temperature is 95 ℃, and the leaching time is 2 h. In MnO2-sulfuric acid leaching system, MnO2 can dissolve and oxidize vanadium, the vanadium leaching rate can reach 78.35% at the conditions that MnO2 additive amount is 10%, the sulfuric acid concentration is 450 g/L, the temperature is 95 ℃, and the leaching time is 2 h. In the CaF2-MnO2-sulfuric acid leaching system, the vanadium leaching rate can reach 86.45% at the conditions that CaF2 additive amount is 7%, MnO2 additive amount is 10%, the sulfuric acid concentration is 300 g/L, the temperature is 95 ℃, and the leaching time is 2 h owing to the synergistic effect of CaF2 and MnO2 in vanadium extraction process. In single sulfuric acid leaching system and synergic leaching system, the vanadium leaching behavior can achieve the removal of sodium from vanadium extraction tailings simultaneously, the removal rate of sodium can reach 90%.
