    Process Optimization of a Gold Smelter in Shandong Province

    • 摘要: 通过优化氰化浸出前浮选作业磨矿工艺与药剂制度,避免金精矿过磨,实现了伴生矿物的高效综合回收,使铜、铅、锌回收率分别提高了18.99%、5.76%、36.79%。通过对浸出前浮选产品进行的浸出实验表明,高铜精矿与低硫精矿直接氰化浸出,可达到现有生产工艺指标,将高硫精矿细磨至-0.037 mm 98.1%时,氰渣中金、银浸出率分别为93.59%、78.81%,达到甚至超过现有生产指标。在确保金银浸出率的基础上,实现了伴生矿物的高效回收,降低了磨矿成本,大幅提高了企业的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: By optimizing the grinding process and reagent system of flotation operation before cyanidation leaching, the overgrinding of gold concentrate is avoided, and the efficient comprehensive recovery of associated minerals is realized, which increases the recovery rates of copper, lead and zinc by 18.99%, 5.76% and 36.79% respectively. The leaching test of flotation products before leaching shows that the direct cyanide leaching of high copper concentrate and low sulfur concentrate can reach the existing production process indicators. When the high sulfur concentrate is finely ground to -0.037 mm and the content is 98.1%, the gold and silver leaching rates in the cyanide residue are 93.59% and 78.81% respectively, reaching or even exceeding the existing production indicators. On the basis of ensuring the leaching rate of gold and silver, this study realized the efficient recovery of associated minerals, reduced the grinding cost, and greatly improved the economic benefits of the enterprise.
