    低能耗型可膨胀石墨的制备研究

    Study on Preparation of Low Energy Consumption Type Expandable Graphite

    • 摘要: 以HClO4/CH3COOH/KMnO4为氧化插层体系制备低温可膨胀石墨, 从HClO4用量、CH3COOH用量、高锰酸钾用量、反应温度和反应时间等方面讨论了制备低温可膨胀石墨的较佳条件和物料配比。研究结果表明,制备低温可膨胀石墨的较佳反应条件为温度35℃,反应时间60 min,石墨(g)、HClO4(mL)、CH3COOH(mL)、高锰酸钾(g)的较佳配比为1:4:1.5:0.15, 由此方法制得的可膨胀石墨在400℃膨胀容积可达到423mL/g。该研究未使用任何含硫的试剂,因而制备的可膨胀石墨不含硫。

       

      Abstract: The HClO4/CH3COOH /KMnO4 oxidation intercalation system for preparing low temperature expandable graphite was developed in this paper. To obtain the optimum conditions and the material proportion, the influence of the dosage of perchloric acid, acetic acid and potassium permanganate, reaction temperature and reaction time was studied. When the reaction was carried out at 35℃ for 60min, and the optimal mass ratio of graphite (g), perchloric acid (mL), acetic acid (mL) and potassium permangantate (g) was 1:4: 1.5:0.15, the inflation volume of grapite could attain 423mL/g at 400℃. There were not any sulfur-containing reagents,so the expansible graphite did not contain sulfur.
