    Research on Mineral Processing for a Polymetallic Sulphide Ore

    • 摘要: 某地多金属复杂硫化矿原矿含铜0.71%、铅3.08%、锌1.43%、黄铁矿15.57%,具有有用矿物品位低,嵌布粒度细,且共生关系密切,各硫化物易浮难分等特点。针对该矿石性质,进行了多种选矿工艺流程和药剂对比方案的试验研究。工艺流程结果表明,试验采用先全浮选-再分离浮选的工艺流程较佳,即先选出Cu、Pb、Zn、S混合精矿,然后再进行Cu-Pb部分优先浮选、Cu-Pb分离浮选、Zn-S分离浮选。铜、铅分离多种药剂试验表明,单用传统的重铬酸钾药剂抑铅浮铜,分选效果不佳,而配比羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的组合药剂,分离效果才好。Zn-S分离药剂采用简单价廉的石灰法即可。采用该流程和药剂制度最终可获得Cu、Pb、Zn、FeS2四种合格精矿,取得较好的试验结果。

       

      Abstract: The raw ore of a polymetallic complex sulphide ore contains 0.71%Cu,3.08%Pb,1.43%Zn and 15.57%S with properties of low grade,fine dissemination,close symbiosis relationship and easy flotation but difficult separation of sulphide.Through contrastive experiments of several technological flowsheets and reagents,the technological flowsheet of bulk flotation followed by separation flotation was determined,that is,first flotation of the mixed concentrate of Cu,Pb,Zn and S,then selective floatation of Cu-Pb,separa...
