    • 摘要: 浮选药剂的作用主要是提高矿物表面疏水性和其在气泡上粘着的牢固度。因此在调节矿物的表面性质,提高矿物的浮选速度和选择性等方面,浮选药剂起着极为重要的作用。由于研究角度不同,浮选药剂也有不同的分类方法。按药剂在浮选中的用途并结合属性及解离性质等分为捕收剂、起泡剂、调整剂三大类,本文从这三个方面简要介绍了浮选药剂的进展及应用。浮选药剂的选择和使用是提高浮选效果最重要的环节之一。当浮选易浮矿物时,可以选择浮选活性略低些的捕收剂,但浮选表面疏水性差的煤矿等矿物时,应采用浮选活性高的药剂,必要时还需添加调整剂。起泡剂的选择应视矿物情况及浮选机的充气而定。此外,复合型浮选药剂以及浮选药剂的乳化将会成为今后的一个发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: The main function of flotation reagents is to improve hydrophobicity of mineral surface and adhesion to bubbles.Therefore,the floatation agent plays a very important role to improve floatation discrepancy,selectivity and so on.According to different angles,floatation reagent has different classification.The three types of collector,foamer and modifier were classified according to its use in flotation,also its attribute and dissociation property.This paper briefly described the progress and application of fl...
