    三鑫公司尾矿中菱铁矿湿法回收工艺研究

    Technological Study on Wet Recovery of Siderite from the Tailings of SanXin Company

    • 摘要: 三鑫金铜股份有限公司选矿厂尾矿中含铁为9.45%,可回收的矿物主要是菱铁矿,针对尾矿性质进行了工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究.通过浮选、磁选工艺流程的探索试验,最终确定了适合该尾矿中菱铁矿回收的较佳工艺流程为"强磁-中矿碱浸出-氧化-磁选".通过该工艺流程,进行湿法回收,可获得Fe品位为41.72%、回收率为48.51%的铁精矿的较好指标,并为国内其他类似低品位难选菱铁矿的回收利用提供了可靠的依据.
