    Effects of Convert Sludge on the Shock Temperature of Green Pellet

    • 摘要: 通过添加不同配比转炉污泥对球团爆裂温度影响的研究结果表明,转炉污泥对球团爆裂温度有不利影响,氧化球团配人转炉污泥后,孔隙率变小,在外界条件不变的情况下,水蒸气的有效扩散系数变小,球团内部水蒸气压力变大,最终导致生球爆裂温度降低.因此,在配加转炉污泥制备氧化球团时,需控制转炉污泥配比.

       

      Abstract: The effects of adding different proportions of convert sludge on the shock temperature of pellet were investigated in this paper.The result shows there exist adverse effects.When the convert sludge is added,the porosity goes down.Under the condition of usual external temperature the effective diffusion coefficient of the water vapor becomes diminished and the water vapor pressure of internal pellet goes up,which leads to the shock temperature reduction.Therefore,when the oxidized pellet is prepared by addin...
