    钢铁厂含锌粉尘的低温磁化焙烧试验研究

    Experimental Research on Low-temperature Magnetic Roasting of Zinc-bearing Dust in Iron and Steel Plant

    • 摘要: 在实验室对高炉含锌粉尘进行了低温磁化焙烧-磁选试验研究.结果表明:采用低温磁化焙烧-磁选技术能够有效的从粉尘中提取品位较高的铁精矿,而锌主要被富集到尾矿中.焙烧温度以900℃左右为宜,焙烧时间以30min左右为宜.焙烧产物采用水冷的方式冷却,可以有效防止产物的氧化.热力学研究结果表明,为了提高反应速度,可以适当提高焙烧温度.
