    Experimental study on recycle of lead from the high-lead glass

    • How to efficiently recycle lead from glass powder and other waste was gotten more and more attention because the Lead resources were increasingly scarce in China. Leaching-replacement method was used for processing high-lead glass powder and the effects of experimental conditions were investigated, such as leaching temperature. The leaching rate of 84.32% lead was obtained under the condition of the concentration of sodium hydroxide of 5mol/L, leaching of liquid-solid ratio of 4:1, leaching temperature of 95?C, and leaching time of 2h. Under the above experimental conditions, lead leaching solution of 99.28% was obtained bySbatchSadditionSof zinc. The research had important significance to alleviate the domestic supply of lead.
