Research status of microwave heating in drying

This paper describes the principle and main characteristics of microwave heating drying, and a detailed description of the application of microwave heating in drying process. And the study of the industrial application are summarized: Microwave heating are widely used in mineral ore pretreatment, dehydration, dry material preparation, coal and other industrial production because of its unique selectively dielectric heating; Compared with the traditional method, microwave drying has the advantage of high efficiency, energy saving and improving of material properties.
