Research on Optimization Experiment of Preparing 13X Molecular Sieve

    • Coal slime was a solid waste generated from raw coal washing, with large output and serious harm. The 13X molecular sieve was prepared from Huangling coal slime by alkali fusion-hydrothermal method. Through orthogonal experiments, it was found that n(H2O/Na2O) had the greatest influence on the static water adsorption capacity of 13X molecular sieve, followed by aging time, n(Na2O/SiO2), crystallization time, and crystallization temperature. The optimized process conditions were that: the n(Na2O/SiO2) was 2.9, the n(H2O/Na2O) was 45, the aging time was 14 h, the crystallization time was 9 h, and the crystallization temperature was 100℃. The tests showed that the 13X molecular sieve had good crystallization. The crystal particle size was 2 μm and uniform. The molecular sieve was mainly composed of micropores.
