新型捕收剂浮选内蒙古某黝铜矿型铜银硫化矿实验

    Flotation of a Tetrahedrite-type Copper-silver Sulfide Ore in Inner Mongolia by a New Collector

    • 摘要: 有色金属硫化矿资源复杂,伴生元素价值大,单一捕收剂难以获得理想指标,组合捕收剂具有互补性和协同作用效应,有利于实现复杂多金属硫化矿资源高效分离和综合回收。【目的】为了查明新型捕收剂YL-1对某黝铜矿铜银分离的影响,【方法】通过浮选实验的方法,对比了YL-1、YL-2、Z200捕收剂对浮选指标的影响。【结果】结果表明,新型捕收剂YL-1优于其他捕收剂,不仅回收率高于其他捕收剂,且银品位有所提高。采用“铜银混合浮选”工艺流程。在闭路实验-0.074 mm中获得铜品位18.38%和回收率87.80%铜精矿;银品位1 253.11 g/t和回收率73.69%银精矿的良好指标。浮选尾矿给入后续锡的回收作业,实现了矿石中铜银良好回收和矿产资源综合利用。【结论】捕收剂YL-1可以实现粗粒级条件下铜银矿物的高效捕收,在较宽的粒级范围内,铜银精矿铜品位及银品位较高。在高效分选的同时能够有效实现节能环保、降本增效的目标。

       

      Abstract: Non-ferrous metal sulfide ore resources are complex, and the value of associated elements is large. It is difficult to obtain ideal indicators with a single collector. Combined collectors have complementary and synergistic effects, which is conducive to the efficient separation and comprehensive recovery of complex polymetallic sulfide ore resources. Objective In order to find out the effect of new collector YL-1 on the separation of copper and silver from tetrahedrite. Method The effects of YL-1, YL-2 and Z200 collectors on flotation indexes were compared by flotation test. Result The results show that the new collector YL-1 is superior to other collectors, not only the recovery rate is higher than other collectors, but also the silver grade is improved. The ' copper-silver mixed flotation ' process is adopted. A copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.38% and recovery of 87.80% was obtained in the -0.074 mm closed-circuit test. The silver grade is 1 253.11 g/t and the recovery rate is 73.69%. The flotation tailings are fed into the subsequent tin recovery operation, which realizes the good recovery of copper and silver in the ore and the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources. Conclusion The collector YL-1 can realize the efficient collection of copper-silver minerals at the condition of coarse grain size. In a wide range of grain size, the copper-silver concentrate has higher copper grade and silver grade. While efficient sorting, it can effectively achieve the goal of energy saving, environmental protection, cost reduction and efficiency increase.
