黄铁矿矿浆表面张力的变化规律及对浮选的影响

    Variation of Surface Tension of Pyrite Pulp and its Effect on Flotation

    • 摘要: 【目的】硫化矿一直是有色金属浮选领域最常见的目标富集矿物,通常考虑药剂制度对硫化矿浮选的影响来判定浮选精矿指标,而通常忽视了矿浆表面张力对硫化矿浮选的影响。【方法】本文以典型的硫化矿黄铁矿为研究对象,考查了矿浆浓度、细度、伴生矿物、捕收剂和起泡剂等因素对黄铁矿浮选矿浆表面张力的影响规律,同时通过纯矿物浮选探索了矿浆表面张力对黄铁矿浮选回收率的影响。【结果】矿浆浓度实验表明,随着矿浆浓度增加表面张力先降低后上升,浓度30%时表面张力达到最小值69.63 mN/m,且自然pH值时伴生矿物石英的表面张力最接近水。细度实验表明,随着黄铁矿细度的降低矿浆表面张力呈现下降趋势。捕收剂和起泡剂实验表明,MA-1+HX609组合时,矿浆表面张力较其他组合更低。【结论】纯矿物浮选实验表明, 矿浆表面张力与黄铁矿浮选回收率成反比,表面张力越小,黄铁矿回收率越高。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveSulfide minerals have always been the most common target enrichment mineral in the field of non-ferrous metals flotation. The effect of the reagent system on sulfide ore flotation is usually considered to determine the flotation concentrate index, but the effect of pulp surface tension on sulfide ore flotation is usually ignored. Method In this article, the effect of pulp concentration, fineness, associated minerals, collector and frother on the surface tension of pyrite flotation pulp was investigated. At the same time, the effect of pulp surface tension on the recovery of pyrite flotation was explored by pure mineral flotation.Result The slurry concentration test shows that the surface tension first decreases and then increases with the increase of slurry concentration. When the concentration is 30%, the surface tension reaches the minimum value of 69.63 mN/m, and the surface tension of the associated mineral quartz is closest to water at natural pH value. The fineness test shows that the pulp surface tension decreases with the decrease of pyrite fineness. The test results of collector and frother show that the surface tension of pulp with MA-1+HX609 is lower than that with other combinations. Conclusion The pure mineral flotation test shows that the surface tension of pulp is inversely proportional to the pyrite recovery, and the smaller the surface tension, the higher the recovery rate of pyrite.
