燃煤飞灰资源高附加值利用现状与展望

    Current Situation and Prospect of High Value-added Utilization of Coal-fired Fly Ash Resources

    • 摘要: 燃煤飞灰是燃煤发电厂煤粉在锅炉中燃烧后排出的粉状废弃物,是我国堆积量较大的固体废弃物之一,根据飞灰自身特性可以在多领域进行资源的综合利用。燃煤飞灰中含有一定量的氧化铝、二氧化硅、残碳、磁珠和微珠等有价元素和有用组分,对其进行提质或改性合成高附加值产物,可以合成分子筛、催化剂载体、陶瓷材料、制作高性能建筑材料和复合有机聚合物填料。作为吸附材料、催化材料、耐高温耐磨材料及吸波材料在环保、建筑、农业等领域都有很好的利用价值,对减少环境污染、提高燃煤飞灰经济效益具有重要意义。建议根据燃煤飞灰的特性,进一步开展燃煤飞灰材料制备的研究,同时强化对飞灰中稀有元素和其他高附加值组分的回收利用。

       

      Abstract: Coal-burning fly ash is the powdery waste produced after pulverized coal is burned in the boiler of coal-fired power plant. It is one of the largest solid wastes in China. According to the characteristics of fly ash itself, it can be comprehensively utilized in many fields. Coal fly ash contains a certain amount of alumina, silica, carbon residue, magnetic beads and microbeads and other valuable elements and useful components, which can be improved or modified to synthesize high value-added products, which can synthesize molecular sieve, catalyst carrier, ceramic materials, high-performance building materials and composite organic polymer fillers. As adsorption material, catalytic material, high temperature wear-resistant material and wave-absorbing material, it has good utilization value in environmental protection, construction, agriculture and other fields, and has great significance in reducing environmental pollution and improving economic benefits of coal-fired fly ash. It is suggested that according to the characteristics of coal fly ash, further research on the preparation of coal fly ash materials, and strengthen the recovery and utilization of rare elements and other high value-added components in fly ash.
