矿物加工过程管控系统应用现状分析

    • 摘要: 随着智能化的普及,越来越多的行业迈入智能门槛,传统矿物加工过程也亟须与时俱进地进行智能化的变革。矿物加工与互联网+、自动化控制、人工智能等技术的结合,以过程管控系统为操控媒介,可实现加工过程数据分析、指标预测及异常修正等功能,是未来矿物加工领域的发展方向之一。在研究矿物加工领域现有智能技术特点的基础上,从自动化控制系统、人工智能系统、企业管理系统及国内外商业系统四个维度,对矿物加工过程数据管理分析系统研究进展进行了系统性的总结分析,并展望了矿物加工过程管控系统未来可能的发展方向,以期为后来者的系统集成研究提供有益的参考。

       

      Abstract: With the popularization of intelligence, more and more industries have entered the threshold of intelligence, and the traditional mineral processing process also needs to carry out intelligent changes with the times. The combination of mineral processing and Internet plus, automation control, artificial intelligence and other technologies, with the process control system as the control medium, can realize the processing process data analysis, index prediction and anomaly correction and other functions, which is one of the development directions in the future mineral processing field. On the basis of studying the characteristics of existing intelligent technology in the field of mineral processing, this paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the research progress of mineral processing data management and analysis systems from four dimensions: automation control system, artificial intelligence system, enterprise management system and domestic and foreign commercial system, and looks forward to the possible future development direction of mineral processing process management and control system, to provide useful references for the later system integration research.
