煤系高岭土除铁技术研究现状

    Research Status of Iron Removal Technology in Coal-series Kaolin

    • 摘要: 【目的】煤系高岭土主要与煤炭伴生,是一种宝贵的自然资源和重要的非金属矿物,而煤系高岭土中含有大量的铁矿物,在高温焙烧时容易使原料变黄或砖红色,影响煅烧产品的品质,不利于后续的资源化利用过程。因此,在后续煤系高岭土的深度处理过程中,必须采取预先除铁措施。【方法】分析了几种常见煤系高岭土的除铁技术,对各技术的优缺点进行了详细的探讨。【结果】煤系高岭土中各种杂质种类、数量及赋存状态因其成因及种类的不同而存在差异。【结论】因此,煤系高岭土的除铁必须与实践相结合,确定较优的方案和工艺参数。

       

      Abstract: Objective Coal-series kaolin is mainly associated with coal. It is a valuable natural resource and an important non-metallic mineral. However, the coal-series kaolin contains a large number of iron minerals, which is easy to make the raw materials yellow or brick red when roasting at high temperature. This affects the quality of calcined products and is not conducive to the subsequent resource utilization process. Therefore, in the subsequent deep treatment process of coal-series kaolin, the iron removal measures must be taken in advance. Method This article summarizes several common iron removal technologies of coal-series kaolin, the advantages and disadvantages of each technique are discussed in detail. Result The types, quantities and occurrence states of various impurities in coal-bearing kaolin vary due to their different causes and types. Conclusion Therefore, the iron removal of coal-based kaolin must be combined with practice to determine the optimal scheme and process parameters.
