“循环经济”背景下钒钛尾矿资源化的现状、挑战及路径

    Current Situation, Challenge and Path of Vanadium-titano Magnetite Tailings Resource Utilization at the Background of "Circular Economy"

    • 摘要: 我国钒钛磁铁矿尾矿堆积量逐年增加,造成资源浪费和环境健康隐患,影响矿业循环经济的发展,亟须对其进一步资源化利用。本文从钒钛磁铁矿尾矿资源化利用的传统方法和新方法两个角度,对钒钛尾矿中有价金属的回收现状进行综述,总结了传统回收方法中存在的技术瓶颈,并对新方法,特别是生物浸出法提出展望。本文认为生物浸出法具有能耗低、投资和操作费用少、环境友好、回收率可观、适用金属多等优势,是未来实现钒钛尾矿绿色综合利用的重要途径,目前应重点关注提升其回收效能以实现规模化推广。本文将为钒钛矿产资源利用相关企业、机构和研究工作者提供参考和借鉴,形成环保、经济、高效的钒钛尾矿回收策略,践行循环经济的减量化、再利用和资源化,助力我国矿业可持续发展。

       

      Abstract: The deposit of vanadium-titano magnetite tailings in China is increasing year by year, which has caused the waste of resources and hidden danger of environmental health, affecting the development of mining recycling economy, and are of urgent need of further resource utilization. In this paper, the recovery status of valuable metals from vanadium-titanium magnetite tailings is reviewed from perspectives of traditional and new methods for resource utilization. The technical bottleneck of traditional recovery methods is summarized, and the prospect of new methods, especially biological leaching method, is proposed. This paper argues that bioleading has the advantages of low energy consumption, low investment and operating costs, environmental friendliness, considerable recovery rate to many applicable metals. It is an important way to realize green-comprehensive utilization of vanadium-titano magnetite tailings in the future. At present, attention should be paid to improving its recovery efficiency to achieve large-scale promotion. This paper provides references to entities related to the utilization of vanadium and titanium mineral resources for the formation of environmental protection and cost-effective recovery strategy at a circular economy, boosting the sustainable development of mining industry.
