四川某矿山废石资源化再利用高效综合回收

    Efficient Comprehensive Recovery of Mineral Waste Stones from a Mine in Sichuan Province

    • 摘要: 有回收价值有色金属矿山废石是国内矿石资源的重要组成部分,该类型矿石因其自身含有多种有价金属(铜、钴、钼、铁、金、银等)、品位超低、选矿回收难度较大而出名,且因不能及时实现有效回收利用,通过排土场等场地堆存,而造成巨大的资源浪费及严重的矿山固体废弃物污染。利用选矿技术攻关,实现矿山废石资源化再利用高效综合回收,通过对现有的选别工艺流程改进、引进新型浮选药剂及新型浮选设备浮选柱、铜钼分离技术攻关等,选矿指标铜精矿品位提高4个百分点、回收率提高3个百分点;铁精矿品位提高3个百分点;钼精矿品位提高6个百分点、回收率提高3个百分点。充分践行有色金属矿山废石资源综合利用、高效回收、绿色发展理念。

       

      Abstract: The waste stone of non-ferrous metal ore is an important part of domestic ore resources. This type of ore is famous for its own possession of a variety of valuable metals(copper, cobalt, Molybdenum, iron, gold, silver, etc.), extremely low grade, difficulty in mineral recovery, and because it can not be effectively recycled in a timely manner, by the land disposal field and other sites to deposit, resulting in huge waste of resources and serious mine solid waste pollution. We will make use of mineral processing technology to realize efficient and comprehensive recovery of mine waste stone resources, improve existing separation processes, introduce new flotation agents, flotation columns for new flotation equipment, and separate copper and molybdenum technologies. The grade of copper concentrate increased by 4 percentage and the recovery rate increased by 3 percentage. The grade of iron concentrate increased by 3 percentage.The grade of Molybdenum concentrate increased by 6 percentage points and the recovery rate increased by 3 percentage. We will fully implement the principles of comprehensive utilization, efficient recovery and green development of waste stone resources in non-ferrous metals mines.
